When a 12-yard dumpster makes sense
Our 12-yard container is a practical choice when you need a dumpster but do not need the volume of a larger 20-yard bin. Common uses include garage and storage cleanouts, smaller remodels, and manageable amounts of renovation debris.
What can go in?
Typical accepted material may include ordinary nonhazardous household junk and construction debris, subject to the disposal facility’s rules and your rental agreement. Ask about dirt, rock, concrete, tile, roofing material or other especially dense loads before filling the dumpster.
Dimensions, weight and placement
Our 12-yard bin is nominally 14 feet long with 4-foot sides. Exact outside dimensions, safe loading height, allowable weight and placement clearance should be confirmed when scheduling. Volume does not override legal weight limits.

We price based on project needs, material, travel distance, and rental arrangements rather than promising one universal rate. See what affects pricing and review the loading FAQ.
